hi guys

i am experianceing some problems in vent. we were in a group doing heroics and i got disconnected... it wont allow me to log in. says that its banned. not sure what thats all about since i have been in there forever and i was in and kicked me out somehow... any light that can be shed on this matter would be appreciated
