Calling all druids!!!

For literally years, I have wanted to do an all-druid raid. Rowdie turned 80 on her druid, and I think we have the numbers now to do this.

We will need a time other than our regular raid times. Having asked about the best raid times and work schedules fairly often, my educated guess is that one of these might work:

Wednesday 9 PM
Saturday 10 AM
Sunday 7 PM

If you know of a better time, please suggest it. I think a couple of weeks from now--maybe 2nd week of February--would give people time to plan ahead.

Our choice of raid? We should do something that won't interfere with our regular raiding goals, but that will be a challenge. If Sunday PM works though, it's wide open on what we can do.

Several other people are leveling druids right now which is why this one can be the first. And, yes, I plan to take Mornal's advice and level a pally for an all-pally run after I get my prof toons and Lehti where they need to be.

Will have to weigh in closer to the actual run to see if I am working that night or not. Sounds like a great idea tho and looking forward to it (altho Rapptor is crying inside somewhere).
Pally run? Oh crud! Time to start another alt? Oy!

My druid isn't very geared up though, so maybe Nax for a raid?

i should be able to make those as well. Like joel said, my druid isnt to geared.. hes resto/boomkin and has 2000 sp. naxx would probably be good. Will be fun for sure tho

Okay, Naxx sounds fine. We know the fights, and there's a lot of variety of technique needed, so that's good.

I am thinking that it's probably best to schedule this run for an evening between Feb 8-13, but not Thursday--I can't do that at all.

--Qool will be home from travel that week (also the next).
--I need to hear back from some other druids which night would work.
--I'll post the run after some more input, and when Rapp knows his work schedule.

I counted up, and we easily have enough druids for a raid.

Qool has the setup to video record the whole thing. Since he's a healer, he'll have a good view. Imagine a raid movie of bears, cats, boomkins, and trees. This will be a sight to see!

A druid run sounds great...and about the raid times i will have to see on when i have things going on... sports get in the way of wow

Update: The early half of February is tough for Mazz. Moovalous works weekday evenings. Qool often flies out on Sunday afternoon, and so, it looks to me like Saturday AM later in February might work the best so far.
